Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made within/less:
* 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total
* Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 or 24 hours of the scheduled time (depending on the service), your security deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
Anything past 30 minutes of scheduled appointment is considered a NO SHOW!
15 minutes past scheduled appointment time will be subjected to pay a $25 late fee.
Security Deposits:
* For select services, a non-refundable deposit will be charged to the card on file at the time of booking. This amount will be applied to your final balance at checkout.
